Desired Background :
- Licensed to practice in Washington, licensed in Oregon a plus
- 2+ years as an attorney- open to plaintiff work, district & state attorneys, and of course workers comp associates
- Experience drafting motions, depositions, expert testimony, trial prep
- Experience with medical records and workers compensation settlements preferred
- Well-rounded litigation experience
- Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- An optimistic outlook that thrives in a dynamic work setting
