We are currently hiring a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, Commercial Sales Channels

Location : Hoya North American Headquarters Lewisville, TX

What you’ll do :

  • Align HR Initiatives with Business Goals : Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s overall objectives.
  • Policy Implementation : Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures and update them as necessary to reflect changes in laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management : Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and develop improvement plans.
  • Succession Planning : Identify and develop internal candidates for future leadership positions.
  • Change Management : Support organizational changes by providing guidance and support to employees and leaders.
  • Ensure Compliance : Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization’s compliance.
  • Policy Development : Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Employee Coaching : Provide coaching and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Other duties as assigned by Human Resources Leadership.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field is required, and SPHR or PHR certification is strongly preferred.
  • At least 8 years of progressive human resources experience including strong employee relations experience.
  • Business partner experience supporting Sales and corporate office environment including working and supporting the executive team is required.
  • Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, HRIS, and timekeeping systems.
  • Experience with Multi-State Employment laws is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated change management skills.
