Responsibilities
- Supports the Marketing technology function, including CRM, email, marketing automation, website, among others.
- Collaborates with colleagues across the business to build, test, and deploy emails, web forms, and landing pages.
- Maintains CRM data quality by monitoring and processing contact updates, returned mail, email bounce backs, and contact subscription preferences.
- Provides CRM administrative support for mailing list creation, maintenance, and tracking.
- Develops CRM reports and dashboards to share and track campaign performance data and website analytics.
- Assists with the development of technical documentation, instructional videos, and training programs.
- Schedules and tests technology updates and enhancements.
- Performs website updates, maintenance, and testing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent research skills.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, or related field preferred.
- Two years of relevant work experience (ideally in a professional services or law firm environment).
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with marketing automation technology (Pardot preferred).
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and verbalmunication skills.
- Ability to work with a geographically diverse team.
- Well organized and self-motivated.
- Interested in and proactive about mastering new technologies.
- Ability to adhere to existing processes and suggest improvements to maintain a highly efficient operational workflow.
