Job Description
Job Duties :
- Coordinate all external and internal training, including new employees.
- They will also ensure SOPs and SOSs are developed and adhered to.
- Responsible for monitoring department file integrity and accountability
- Conduct business analysis to identify and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather relevant information.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, including recommending changes to workflows, procedures, and technologies.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, discuss findings, and present recommendations.
- Create detailed documentation, such as process maps, flowcharts, and business requirements documents.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as necessary.
- Provide support and guidance to project teams during the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process analysis.

Skills :
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement changes.
- Proficient in using various business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of change management principles and techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
