Job Title : Parts Order Representative
Job Description
This individual will take customer orders and enter them into a computer database, and then work with other departments to help process and fulfill the orders.
It is expected that this position will spend 50% of time selling parts and 50% working with company manufacturing to expedite order’s and communicating status to customers.
Responsibility for the continued development of parts sales programs, and work with company marketing initiatives. The primary emphasis for this position is to open and expand markets to achieve sales growth targets including new customer accounts while continuing to maintain existing accounts and customers.
Top Skills
- knowledge of the aerospace industry (Nice to have)
- At least three years of technical / sales experience. Experience with GSE / heavy equipment service parts area would be helpful.
- Must have a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good telephone and communication skills
- Must have excellent computer skills including MS Office software
