What You’ll Do
Join our dynamic team as the cornerstone of communication within our facilities! You'll be the first point of contact for both internal and external inquiries, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and professionalism.
From managing incoming calls to resolving resident and guest concerns in alignment with ACS policies and protocols, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
15 Craigside location : Part Time B (20-29 hrs. per week) Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 9 : 30pm to 5 : 30am
Responsibilities
- Performs necessary duties for emergency situations such as fire, fire alarms, hurricanes, and other possible emergencies and drills as outlined in the Disaster Response Playbook.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Monitors visitor access including monitoring of surveillance cameras and radio transmissions following established sign-in, registration protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Responds to questions and provides callers with information.
- Cashes resident checks, sells postage, and balances reception and Gift Shop cash boxes.
- Receives, sorts and routes mail, publications and deliveries.
- Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, faxing, correspondence, reports and collating.
- Maintains daily log of activities.
- Maintains and issues company keys; updates check-out log.
- Respects and observes residents’ and co-workers’ rights and privacy.
15 Craigside
Part-Time (20-29 hours per week) Thursday-Saturday 9 : 30pm- 5 : 30am.

Education / Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand;
walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
