As our Packaging Manager, you will be instrumental in directing our product packaging operations. Your expertise will ensure that our premium cannabis products are prepared with precision, quality, and efficiency.
Your influence will shape our packaging department, emphasizing compliance, quality assurance, and adhering to our distinguished company guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures.
What does the day-to-day look like?
You'll support the packaging department's diverse activities, ensuring equipment reliability, accurate product labeling, and pristine product handling.
Simultaneously, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain adherence to all regulatory and internal standards, ensuring that our products always reflect the highest levels of quality and safety.

You'd be an great fit if you :
- Have earned a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Are at least 21 years of age or older.
- Have Previous experience working in a cannabis facility packaging flower, extracts, and more.
- Know how to operate cannabis packaging equipment.
- Are comfortable with a high-volume packaging or commercial cannabis setting.
- Previously managed a team in a regulated environment.
- Are familiar with six sigma and continuous improvement processes.
- Exhibit strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Consistently go above and beyond to achieve company goals and inspire your team.
