Job Summary
The College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Weekend & Holiday Kennel Worker to work weekend & holidays. This candidate will perform a variety of tasks related to animal care.
Working approximately 12 to 14 hours per week, could be more during holidays and summer (schedule will vary).

Essential Functions
- Independently perform a variety of animal care duties such as (but not limited to) feeding, watering, grooming, and cleaning
- Assist with animal treatments as needed
- Visually assess the health and well-being of canines
- Update health / treatment records
- May assist with canine transportation
- May participate in canine exercise and enrichment activities
- Transport animals to appointments
Minimum Qualifications
- Enrolled student at Auburn University
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Have a current tetanus shot
