Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk. The Help Desk personnel will be responsible for network administration, information technology, troubleshooting, network security, and exceptional customer service to ensure an efficient IT operation.
The role involves responding to user requests, troubleshooting IT issues, and resolving them in a timely manner, maintaining IT infrastructure, providing on-site support, and documenting system issues and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of network administration, information technology, troubleshooting, and network security principles
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical clients
- Experience with ticketing systems, operating systems, and network monitoring tools
- Strong analytical and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a key member of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Industry certification (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, Cisco Certified Network Associate) is a plus
