Job Title : TMAS Computer Systems Administrator 1171
Location : Florida - Eglin Air Force Base - Eglin AFB, FL 32542 US (Primary)
Job Description :
Torch Technologies is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator to assist the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW) at Eglin AFB, Florida.
The 350 SWW is the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF).
The mission includes operational EW testing, mission data development, and facilitating foreign materiel exploitation.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as an IT specialist responsible for operation and maintenance of the unit’s computer networks.
- Provide technical assistance, training, and support to customers.
- Establish and maintain Government program specific IT capability in accordance with Government instructions.
- Resolve or escalate issues relating to hardware, software, and network for computer end users.
- Respond to queries, run diagnostics, isolate problems, and implement solutions.
- May be required to perform COMSEC duties.
Required Skills :
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years experience; years of experience may be substituted for education.
- Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
- Current information assurance certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M.
- Familiarity with network principles, concepts, equipment, and tools.
- Customer service support skills and customer training abilities.
