We seek a Vice President of Life Sales who is a proven sales leader in the Life product space.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Extensive life insurance distribution experience and team management
• Leadership of the team with effective communication and management skills
• Ability to leverage sales data and analytics to make informed decisions with a track record of leading sales teams with proven sales results
• Capable of building and maintaining relationships with sales team and distribution partners
• Must show a strong understanding of the use / value of life insurance in a financial plan
• Possession of motivational skills and the ability to inspire the sales team for sales results
• Resilience and adaptability are critical
• Results-driven mindset
• Ability to create a positive and collaborative work culture

Requirements :

• 2+ years' experience in leading sales teams that wholesale insurance products
• Preferred but not necessary : Life Licensed, Professional Life Designations, NASD Series 6 or 7; Series 63, 24, and 65
