About theOpportunity :
Our client a leadingmediumsized mental health facility in Greenville NC seeks avisionary Clinical Director to oversee and manage all clinicaloperations.
You will be responsible for ensuring exceptionalpatient care maintaining the highest clinical standards andfostering a culture of excellence within the clinicalteam.
KeyResponsibilities :
- StrategicLeadership : Provide direction and leadership forclinical services aligning them with organizational goals. Foster acollaborative and supportive environment that promotes teamwork andprofessional development.
- Quality& Compliance : Monitor and evaluate thequality of care ensuring adherence to evidencebased practicesregulations and accreditation standards.
Implement initiatives toenhance patient outcomes and operationalefficiency.
Clinical OperationsManagement : Oversee daytoday operations includingpatient flow staffing resource allocation and the authorization andintake processes.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinateintegrated care.
- StaffDevelopment : Recruit train and supervise clinicalstaff ensuring compliance with protocols. Provide mentorship andprofessional developmentopportunities.
- Budget &Resources : Develop and manage the clinicaldepartment budget ensuring fiscal responsibility and resourceutilization.
Identify cost savings and revenue generationopportunities while maintaining high standards ofcare.
- Clinical Research &Innovation : Promote clinical research initiativesand evidencebased practices. Stay abreast of advancements inclinical practice and healthcare technology recommendinginnovations.
- Patient &Family Engagement : Ensure effective communicationwith patients families and caregivers. Implement patientcenteredcare initiatives to enhance patientsatisfaction.
- PublicRelations : Participate in community involvement andboard membership to promote the facilitys initiatives and buildrelationships.
Qualifications &Experience :
- Mastersdegree in a relevant field (LCSW LCAS LCMHC LMFT duallycredentialed preferred).
- Board certification ina healthcare setting specialty (e.g. Internal MedicinePediatrics).
- Proven experience in clinicalleadership and management within a healthcareorganization.
- Strong knowledge of NC mentalhealthcare regulations standards of practice and patient safetyprinciples.
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills with a collaborativeapproach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead changedrive innovation and improve clinicaloutcomes.
- Experience in strategic planningbudget management and performanceimprovement.
PreferredSkills :
- Masters degreein Human Services Healthcare Administration Business Administrationor a related field.
- Experience with electronichealth records (EHR) systems and healthcareinformatics.
- Certification inCADC.
WorkingConditions :
The roleinvolves working in a mental health facility environment withregular office hours and occasional evening / weekend availability.
Travel may be required.
