We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Property Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our property.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities.
- Ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Help to enforce property policies and procedures.
- Assist with the marketing and advertising of the property.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in property management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
