JOB DESCRIPTION : The Marketing / Sales Admin is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales teams, ensuring the efficient management of projects, resources, and administrative tasks.

This role will coordinate between different departments and vendors, manage inventory and model home details, and assist with community events and home sales processes.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

licensure and certification requirements;office location and other geographic considerations;other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
