Job Responsibilities Deliver nursing care in the Critical Care unit, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patientsCommunicate with various health care team members, patients, and their familiesCoordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleaguesUpdate and manage patient recordsEnter and interpret computerized data / informationFollow guidelines and policies established by Client nursing organizationAssist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects Job Details
34 Bed- Stepdown / PCU UNIT- 2 plus yrs current stepdown / PCU experience- BLS, ACLS, NIH; 1 : 5 ratios; Meditech EMR, Must have KY or compact license.
Orientation is bi-weekly. ALL Facilities- Schedule is 36 / 48 for the two week pay period. Disclosure : ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36 / 48 for the two week pay period.
Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc. Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered.
Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded with in 24 hrs. of accepting offer
Certification : Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiac Life support
