Registered Nurse (RN) 10000 Bonus

Milaca Elim Meadows , a distinguished 5-star rated senior care campus with a 70-bed facility and a specialized 12-bed Rehab Unit, invites compassionate and skilled nursing professionals to join our team.

We are currently hiring both Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional care to our residents. In addition to generous benefits, we are offering a $10,000 Bonus!

There are Full-Time , benefit eligible positionsworking Nights (NOC) : 11 : 00pm to 7 : 30am.

RN Pay : $33.23 per hour plus more depending on experience

Registered Nurse responsibilities :

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and / or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness / response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Registered Nurse skills and requirements :

• Must have current MN RN license.
• CPR / BLS certification preferred, or willing to get.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
