ProCare Therapy is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Washington State.
This full-time role offers the chance to join a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional support to students with behavioral needs.
As an RBT, you will have a meaningful impact on students' lives by delivering effective and compassionate behavior therapy services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on student progress
- Assist in developing and refining behavior management strategies
- Provide direct one-on-one or small group interventions
- Support students in improving social, communication, and life skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support
Qualifications :
- Valid RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is a plus
