Job Summary : The Marketing / Design Intern will support various marketing and creative initiatives, including but not limited to :

Essential Job Functions :

Marketing and Creative Support

• Updating and managing campaign decks
• Creating and managing creative moodboards
• Reformatting creative asset specifications
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns
• Assisting in the ideation and management of events and activations
• Sourcing props for programming and activations

Qualifications

Education : Pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Equivalent experience of 1-3 years in a similar role, passion for marketing, creativity, and a strong willingness to learn are equally valued.

Required Experience :

• Advance Adobe Software experience
• Digital platforms and technology capability

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :

Knowledge of social media trends, particularly :

• Instagram
• TikTok

Familiarity with design tools :

• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
• Canva

Familiarity with presentation tools :

• Google Slides
• Powerpoint

Passion for creativity and marketing

Strong interest in social media and pop culture

Physical Requirements : The candidate will be expected to work 16-20 hours per week. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role;

however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. Candidates will not be considered if they have completed one year of continual employment in any Wolfgang Puck and it’s subsidiaries internship or program.

Work Conditions : Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Candidates must have reliable transportation and a Valid Drivers License for travel to any offsite events, meetings, and other essential job functions requiring driving for day to day job duties
