Links Technology Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to fill an opening with an Aerospace company.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Coordinator
- Assist with the transition of invoices to our client's AP and Purchasing system (Ivalua)
- Tasks will involve reviewing invoices, validating invoice data capture, and entering data as needed
- Receiving, reviewing, and verifying incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports
- Coding invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts
- Entering invoices into the accounting system
- Preparing and issuing checks or electronic payments
- Ensuring timely payment of invoices
Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Coordinator
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 - 2 or more years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Automated Accounting Systems
- Analytical abilities, time management.
- Accounts Payable knowledge required
- Purchasing, IDC / OCR, and iValua knowledge helpful but not required
