Our Family Office Services division acts as a centralized coordinating resource for the firm’s wealthiest and most complex clients.
This position is not a management / supervisory position. It will report to the Director of Family Office Services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
Day-to-day financial management, including bill pay, bookkeeping, fulfillment of capital calls, wire transfers, and liquidity monitoring
Corresponding with vendors to obtain invoices
Corresponding with utility companies to setup services at homes
Setting up online accounts with vendors
Gather, organize, scan and distribute mail for each client
Coordinating the distribution of client tax reporting documents, including interfacing with accountants
Creating and updating financial calendars to ensure deadlines are met for the payment of income taxes, renewal of vehicle registrations, drivers’ licenses,
passports, payment of property taxes, credit card bills, medical bills, utilities and more
Working with client’s insurance carriers regarding claims and minimizing premiums
Preparing monthly or quarterly net worth summaries, cash flow reports and custom financial reports in Excel and QuickBooks
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements :
Proficient in QuickBooks, MSOffice, Outlook, Bill.com, and Excel
Must be well organized, attentive, have excellent attention to detail and complete tasks with a very high accuracy rate
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have good problem-solving skills and work well on a team
Education, Training and Experience :
2+ year of experience in financial services
College degree or equivalent in experience
