RoleOverview

We are looking for anexperienced Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Solution Architectwith experience in solution development and functional analysisinto largescale enterprise Dynamics 365 architecture with a handsonapproach in designing and leading the implementation of Dynamics365 products working with both onshore and offshore developmentteams.

The focus of this role will be on all presales activitiesaround the Dynamics 365 platform as well as methodology diagnosticsand highlevel solution architecting.

You will also contribute toproposal development and provide input in business developmentwhile mentor junior and offshore staff.

This role is thereforekingpin to the firms customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365solutions. It is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to join arapidly developing business area within an established andmarketleading global firm.

Requirements

• Indepth knowledge of all modules of Dynamics365 CE including appropriate Architect level certifications.Relevant experience on various earlier versions of Dynamics CRMlikeCRM 4.0 etc.
• Strong implementationexperience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate PowerVirtual Agents Power BI RPA etc.) including appropriate Architectlevel certification.
• Broad understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle Development management Releasemanagement Data migration cutover planning and GoLivesupport
• Exposure in Cloud Storage Services(Azure SQL Blob storage etc.)
• Experience withAzure Platform and Integration Services including LogicAppsFunctions Azure Service Bus etc.
• Experienceworking with offshore developmentteams
• Experience of AgileMethodology
• Certification in TOGAF or ZachmanFramework would be beneficial
• Knowledge ofother Marketing products are desirable Click Dimension or AdobeMarketing Cloud D365 for Marketingetc.
• Graduate from a recognized University withmajors in computational (Computer Science Information Technologyetc.) discipline
• Minimum of 15 yrs of provenexperience in implementing EndToEnd Large scale solutions involvingDynamics CE(CRM)
• Should have architecteddesigned and implemented atleast 78 full scale industry solutionsusing Dynamics CE (CRM) Integrations Power Platform;

Strongunderstanding of industry domains like Banking Finance HealthcareInsurance Telecom Manufacturing etc.

• Ability toarchitect solutions that involve multiregionimplementations
• Strong technical leadership forengagements and ability to present to the CSuitestakeholders.
• Ability to architect and designDigital Transformation programs involving multipletechnologies
• Strong presalesexperience / expertise with thought leadership on Solutionofferings
• Excellent presentation anddemonstration skills ability to influence and ease decision makingfor Senior Technical Executives of clients (CTO DigitalTransformation Officers etc.)
• Ability to handledistributed large teams and deliver qualitysolutions

Responsibilities

• The Solution Architect will lead the deliveryof our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Be achampion / SME (Subject Matter Expert) for both technical andfunctional solutions across the Microsoft platform driving theadoption of new features and technology
• Possessstrong understanding of Dynamics 365 & power platform stackand stay relevant with new features
• Leadtechnical forums and communities to share knowledge with widergroup
• Design and development of domain specificimplementations; Influence usage of out of the box Dynamics 365functionality giving our client a competitiveadvantage
• Identify skilling opportunities anddefine training needs within the team; Coach other team members andhelp in reducing skills gaps
• Identifyopportunities and work for industry specific Solution Offeringsthat will be market differentiator for our client
• Meet and exceed customer expectations onbusiness knowledge skills andbehaviour.
• Identify business / project risk andmitigate or communicate as necessary.
• Ensureprogress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formallyand informally.
• Identify practice developmentactivities and help in defining how these will bedelivered.
• Carry out additional duties as mayoccur from time to time as instructed and agreed byDirectors.
• In all activities ensure timelycompletion of internal processes and mandatorytraining.
• Represent our client in aprofessional and positive manner at alltimes.
• The Employee is required to follow ourclients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at alltimes.
