RoleOverview

The role calls for amotivated and skilled Dynamics 365 F&O FunctionalConsultant to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy servicesteam.

A Lead Consultant has a fundamental role in supporting thePractice Lead and Principal Consultant to ensure the smooth runningof operations.

The Lead Consultant is to act as a bridge betweenthe onsite engagement team and the client team. A Lead Consultantwill be accountable for collating engagement requirements andtranslating those into implementable actions.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level Masterspreferred
• Microsoft Dynamics certificationssuch as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations andMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance and / or Dynamics 365 Supply ChainManagement Functional Consultant Associate(preferred)
• 9 to 11 years of relevantexperience in a similar role particularly in Microsoft Dynamicsprofessional services
• Experience / Knowledgeabout ERP implementationmethodologies
• Excellent written and verbalEnglish language skills.
• Additional fluency inone or more of the following languages is preferred : French SpanishGerman Italian
• Knowledge or experience workingwith interfaces and Integrations will be considered anasset
• Beneficial to have experience of AzureDevOps
• Strong MS Office skills (primarily WordExcel and PowerPoint; Visio is aplus)
• Knowledge of Power Platform capabilitiesand Business Intelligence (BI) is aplus
• Experience in presalesactivities
• Data MigrationExperience
• Knowledge ofRSAT
• Beneficial to have experience ofLCS

Responsibilities

• Show expertise in any or several of thefollowing D365FO functional areas : Project Operations FinanceWarehouse Field Service
• Lead Finance BusinessPartner of Digital Platforms within ConnectedTechnology
• The D365 Finance &Operations Functional Lead Consultantwill :
• Work with onsite engagement team& client team to gather requirements determine expectations& finalize deliverables
• Ensure qualityproject delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrateexperience in system and functionaltesting
• Demonstrate excellent foundationalconsulting skills including analytical knowhow written &verbal communication & teamparticipation.
• Responsible for leading andmanaging a team comprising of a group of talented consultants eachholding different levels ofexpertise
• Involvement with product interfacesand integrations
• Gather and document functionalrequirements and complete gap / fitanalysis
• Demonstrate Awareness of scope (creep)and use of change control
• Lead the solution ona work stream make design decisions and creating create solutiondocumentation
• Deliver enduser training toclients and colleagues
• Provide onsite supportand assistance throughout delivery and golive phases ofproject
• Involvement in responding to RFPs andRFQs
• Have awareness of product roadmap and thecontent of future releases
• Ensure timelycompletion of internal processes and mandatorytraining
• Identify practice developmentactivities and strong involvement in the creation and delivery ofthese to fellow colleagues
• Oversee workloaddistribution across the team
• Lead knowledgesharing initiatives within the team and thecompany
• Act as a reference point to otheremployees when escalations are required
• Supportwith the retention and engagement of employees through on the jobmentoring coaching and performancemanagement
• Support management team withresource forecasting and planning as well as taking an active rolein recruitment of new employees
• To carry outadditional duties as may arise from time totime
• The Employee is required to follow ourclients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at alltimes
