Required skills and tasks :
- You will be responsible for the pulling, processing and packing customer orders.
- Need to have confident communication skills over the phone and in writing, technical computer skills and typing skills.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter
- Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by HQ eCommerce Representatives.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Providing written information of customers
- Unpacking and processing shipment from our headquarters
- Processing and fulfilling product transfer requests and shipping product to other locations
- You will also be required to help out in the store with any support tasks that are needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
- Must be very detail oriented and enjoy being organized
- Availability to work on a full time basis and throughout holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail
- Able to learn new platforms and web interfaces quickly
- Confident in using technology
- Proactive attitude towards problems
- High level of communication and problem solving
