Required skills and tasks :

  • You will be responsible for the pulling, processing and packing customer orders.
  • Need to have confident communication skills over the phone and in writing, technical computer skills and typing skills.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter
  • Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by HQ eCommerce Representatives.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Providing written information of customers
  • Unpacking and processing shipment from our headquarters
  • Processing and fulfilling product transfer requests and shipping product to other locations
  • You will also be required to help out in the store with any support tasks that are needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
  • Must be very detail oriented and enjoy being organized
  • Availability to work on a full time basis and throughout holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail
  • Able to learn new platforms and web interfaces quickly
  • Confident in using technology
  • Proactive attitude towards problems
  • High level of communication and problem solving
