Position Title :

Production / Machine Operator

2nd Shift - 3pm - 11pm

Pay Rate : $ plus shift premium

Sign on Bonus : $500 after 30 days,

$500 after 6 months,

Category / Shift :

Hourly Full-Time (3pm-11pm Monday-Friday) and some Saturdays

The Job You Will Perform :

• We are looking for machine operators who have the abilities and aptitude to progress within the company
• Verify product meets quality standards
• Adjust production equipment / machinery setup
• Clean equipment or machinery
• Monitor production machinery / equipment operation to detect problems
• Ability to properly communicate with teammates, maintenance and management on machine performance or other concerns
• This job requires physical exertion in a heavy, industrial environment (examples include standing, reaching, twisting, exposure to extreme temperatures / weather conditions, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds)

The Skills You Will Bring :

• Ability to read and understand tape measurers
• Ability to make machine adjustments and perform preventative maintenance as required
• Ability to create and update production records
• Ability to work safely in a fast paced environment as part of a team
