Job Summary
The Pipeline Programs Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic programs that ensure a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline.
This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and analytics teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and drive the success of our sales funnel.
Essential Job Functions
- Pipeline Strategy Development : Create and implement a comprehensive pipeline strategy that aligns with FranklinCovey’s overall business goals and revenue targets.
- Program Design and Execution : Develop and manage pipeline generation programs, including lead generation campaigns, sales training, and tools to optimize the sales process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product management, and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for pipeline initiatives.
- Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of pipeline programs.
- Continuous Improvement : Analyze and refine pipeline processes based on data-driven insights.
- Market and Competitive Analysis : Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for pipeline growth.
- Leadership and Coaching : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pipeline programs professionals.
- Stakeholder Communication : Regularly communicate pipeline status, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, pipeline management, or a related role.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience scaling high-performing teams.
- Master's or advanced degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful pipeline programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation
California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $200-220k OTE split 70 / 30 between base / variable pay.
