The Business Operations Manager will oversee financial & day-to-day operations in the Central Business Office (CBO), with direct oversight of Billing Supervisors, Medical Coder / Billers & Authorization teams.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for ensuring & maintaining timely provider professional billing.
- Initiates & maintains Vista Physician Group (VPG) provider credentialing & Athena department builds.
- Completes & submits monthly, quarterly & annual state reporting documentation as per regulatory requirements. Operationalizes & validates new collection processes in line with SVP of Revenue Cycle & CFO.
- Utilize Fair Market Value (FMV) tool in preparing new physician contracts & renewals.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree - Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in professional billing / coding, healthcare leadership.
- Proficient in Excel, billing / coding practices.
