Title : IT Support Technician (Distributionrole)
Location : Minnesota ( MinneapolisBrooklyn Park Minnetonka MN) for any 1 location
Consultant will be on a team responsiblefor the coordination of the ignment of replacement laptops. Theywill work closely with customers if required to installapplications necessary to perform their ociated job duties.
Thisteam will also ensure all appropriate et inventory is updated toreflect device ignment. The disposal part of the role will ist intasks related to the decommissioning of IT ets and working with 3rdparties on receiving staging processing and the final disposalensuring appropriate ods.
Specificss / experience required
Twoyearcollege / vocational / technical degree in a technology field orapproved information technology certificate; or completion of fivecollege / vocational / technical information technologycourses;
or 2 (two) years of information technologyexperience.
MUST HAVE :
1. Technically savvy with a demonstrated ability toresolve computing problems.
2. Knowledge of Windowsdesktop Operating Systems
3. Proven Customer ServiceExperience
4. Ability to multitask and pivot based onworkload.
5. Quickly yze and diagnosis hardwaresoftware application and network problems in a desktopenvironment
6. Ability to follow Standard OperatingProcedures and articulate when a problem occurs with thoseprocedures.
7. Ability to isted lift to 50lbs.
8. Ability to work with hand tools whether manualor powered.
