Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for advisors, TPAs, and plan sponsors, addressing requests from basic to complexFacilitate scheduled calls with distribution partners to discuss outstanding items and company updatesCoordinate with internal teams to resolve client-related issues and ensure smooth onboarding of new clientsRequired Qualifications3-5 years of client relationship management experience, preferably in the retirement industryBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredKnowledge of 401(k), IRA, 403(b), and 457 plansExperience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applicationsTechnical proficiency and adaptability to learn multiple systems
