Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

The Seagate Marketing Coordinator is a key role responsible for ensuring that all our properties accurately represent The Seagate’s culture and brand.

The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate, execute, monitor, and measure marketing and communications efforts under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Area Director of Marketing.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer with experience in social media, a team player who is energetic, organized, creative, and self-motivated, ready to join our dynamic marketing department.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing hotel events and activations from start to finish.Help develop marketing campaigns for various programs, events, and membership.

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote special offers, events, and updates to the hotel’s guest database.

Create marketing collateral for association programs and membership that aligns with brand standards (e.g., promotional flyers, programs).

Update and maintain the hotel’s website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.Manage the hotel’s social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and interaction with followers to boost engagement and brand awareness.

Create engaging content for various platforms, including the hotel’s website, social media channels, email newsletters, and print materials.

Manage vendor relations and budget for social media efforts and management tools.Support the planning and execution of on-site and off-site events, including promotions, press events, and special activities.

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or journalism preferred.Highly driven and results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service.

Excellent writing skills, with an emphasis on web and social media content.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under tight deadlines.Physical Requirements

Ability to work at a desk for extended periods.Occasional lifting and carrying of marketing materials and event supplies, up to 25 pounds.

Ability to travel to on-site and off-site events as required.Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for special events or promotions, as needed
