This position is responsible for providing advice and counsel to internal partners on labor relations, HR policies, and programs related to employee engagement, job assignment and progression, talent planning, and other general human resource topics.
The incumbent communicates continually with all levels of personnel and management in Operations, Maintenance, and Staff departments, as well as with Union representatives, the Union Bargaining Committee, the Plant Manager, HR staff, and the internal Legal team.
