This position reports to

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for timely processing of goods movements for System Drives in the United States, ensuring inventory accuracy and orchestrating the development of improved business processes to prevent the reoccurrence of any failures.

The work model for the role is : #LI - Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion System Drives division in the New Berlin, WI area.

You will be mainly accountable to :

• Deploy inventory control processes. Troubleshoot and resolve electronic data interchange errors between ABB and its third- party logistics partner.
• Support the execution of manual goods movement transactions when applicable.
• Diagnose and correct production order goods issue errors.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices, lead the continuous improvement of existing processes, and foster a data-driven culture.

Qualifications for the role

• 3 years of experience in inventory management.
• Progressive experience with SAP Materials Management module.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Power Query and data analysis. (Preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving, and result orientation.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
