Assistant General Manager

Our Client is a highly successful and growing commercial insurance agency located in Sussex County, NJ.They are seekinga licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager with at least 3 years’ experience servicing commercial business.

General :

• Candidates should be strategic thinkers who value honesty & Integrity with an absolute commitment to client care.
• Responsible for servicing all aspects of an assigned book of commercial lines business.
• Experienced in working with clients on a daily basis.
• Experienced in rate-making and general knowledge of underwriting

Requirements :

• Valid Insurance license.
• Fluent in insurance terminology, insurance protection and its application for client needs, rating, and available Insurance markets.
• Experienced in managing staff to efficiently handle workflow and daily problems.
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills
• Must be organized and be able to prioritize.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, positive attitude, innovative, reliable, high integrity and honesty, proactive problem solver
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, esp. Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
• Experienced with Applied Tam preferred
• Professional Designations such as CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU, AAI a plus

Compensation :
