We are seeking skilled Concrete Finisher Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and edging concrete using various tools and techniques.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher Specialist or similar role
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing and finishing techniques
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools such as trowels, floats, edgers, and screeds
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities :

• Prepare the worksite for pouring concrete by constructing forms, installing rebar, and ensuring proper alignment
• Mix concrete following set ratios and pour the mixture into forms
• Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using appropriate tools
• Apply sealants and curing compounds to protect the surface
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality
