Restaurant General Manager - Jonesboro, Arkansas
Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Jonesboro area. The ideal restaurant general manager should prioritize affordable, pleasurable dining experiences, uphold operational standards, optimize financial performance, ensure exceptional service and food quality, and support continuous team growth.

Responsibilities :
- Drive affordability and enjoyment in dining experiences as the Restaurant General Manager
- Establish, train, and uphold operational standards within the restaurant
- Manage financial performance, guest service excellence, food quality, and facilitate growth opportunities for the management team
Compensation and Benefits :
- Salary : Up to $80,000 per year
- Monthly Non-Cap Bonus Potential
- Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager; full service or fast casual background preferred
- High volume background - must have Restaurant General Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales per year
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant General Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food / labor cost, etc.)
