Responsibilities :
- Pre-qualify leads and assess their real estate needs.
- Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
- Schedule appointments for agents to assist clients with their real estate transactions.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups with past leads to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage leads and track interactions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and schedule guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
Qualifications :
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Genuine desire to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
- Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- High integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
- Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Real Estate License required.
