Required Education High School Diploma / GED
Required Experience 1 year+ Mechanical background
Main Job Function : Skilled fabricating and assembling materials for working machinery.
Responsibilities
- Able to assemble complex assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Ability to read specs, job instructions, blueprints and schematics for a quality build and assemble of machinery. Quickly and accurately.
- Understands how to use calipers, micrometers and scales.
- Forklift certifiable.
- Prepares parts for painting.
Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED.
- Works well in a team.
- Be able to regularly lift 35lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.
- Hand tool knowledge, saws and drills.
- Math skills and can read measuring devices. Computer comfortable.
- Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints and other manufacturing instructions.
