We are looking for an Account Manager who is ready to join our mission in creating a #CyberFit future! As the Inside Sales Representative for Cloud Services, you will report into the Cloud Recruitment Team Leader.
You will use your superior sales skills to focus on driving service provider growth in the Americas by attracting and signing new Service Provider contracts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Attract new Service Providers to Acronis by reaching out to prospects that have already engaged with Acronis through offline / online events, registered for trial, opened Acronis emails, etc.
- Source new Service Providers prospects via LinkedIn, Salesforce database, connections.
- Connect with Acronis potential Service Providers using the approved tools, including but not limited to Avaya, Zoom, Outlook, etc.
to verify the interest level based on certain criteria and BANT qualification.
- Document all activities in Salesforce; conduct demo sessions via Zoom with camera on.
- Research before reaching out to a prospect and prepare questions based on it, using company’s website, LinkedIn profile, and any other public information.
- Manage the whole sales cycle : qualification, negotiation, demo sessions with Solution Engineers, negotiating, and closing the deal by signing a contract offline or online.
- Sign contracts with quality Service Providers who are ready to invest in the business with Acronis and plan to stay long-term.
- Manage the pipeline : maintain Service Level to follow up with prospects and provide timely forecasts to direct Manager or regional General Manager.
- Align and sync with Distributors in the assigned region, including bi-weekly calls and joint marketing activities.
- Cooperate with all related departments at Acronis to close deals successfully : Solution Engineers, Support, Sales Enablement, Product Management, etc.
- Understand Acronis brand messages and communicate them effectively to prospects; respect and support sales' role in promoting a positive brand image.
- Understand Acronis key competitors and effectively communicate differentiators of our products / solutions.
- Receive coaching feedback and participate in individual coaching sessions.
- Pass obligatory quarterly upskill training sessions.
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Proven experience in a Cyber Security company demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols.
- Ability to articulate product features and answer customer questions.
- Strong closing sales skills.
- Previous sales experience as Inside Sales Representative or Lead Development Representative.
- Experience with cold calling preferred with a never-give-up attitude.
