75 FTE with Rotating Weekends / 12 Hour Shifts

Under the direction of, and in collaboration with unit management, performs responsibilities exercising initiative, judgment and independent decision-making within the scope of the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policy and other governing organizations.
Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation) in a systematic approach to the direct and indirect care of patients and their families.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minne
- Must successfully complete criminal background check as required by the State of Minnesota.
- Knowledge of nursing principles, policies, procedures and medical ethics equivalent to years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills across disciplines and at various levels.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- Possession of attention to detail, organization and prioritization skills.
- Computer skills including Word.
M in of 1 year ER Exp Required.
Certifications : Basic Life Support, ACLS, TNCC or CALS Desired certifications : NRP, PALS
