What You’ll Do :
- Engage with potential loan applicants, answer their questions, and transfer warm leads to the Senior Loan Officers
- Fast track with our NMLS training and test prep to ensure you are licensed within 90 days
- Learn industry leading scripts to help with transfer success and future Senior Loan Officer sales
- Reply to incoming calls from customers including products, services, questions, and complaints
What You’ll Need :
- A great attitude and coachable mindset! THIS IS A MUST!
- A willingness to complete training and obtain your NMLS / MLO / state license.
- Desire to grow into a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer role with pay potential of $100K-$400K annually
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills, plus proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with mortgage programs and loan types is a plus, but we’re excited to train the right candidate!
- Experience in financial services, real estate, or related fields is helpful but not necessary.
- A high school diploma is required
Compensation :
- $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
- Healthcare (medical, dental, vision)
- Basic term and optional term life insurance
