POSITION SUMMARY
IGEN is looking for an enthusiastic marketing coordinator to join our marketing department, focusing on these key areas :
- Website Design
- CRM Administration
- Digital Analytics & Reporting
- Market Research
You will collaborate with the Director of Marketing and our revenue team (sales & marketing) to expand IGEN's client base and revenue through digital marketing, website experience, consumption, and conversion optimization.
You will ensure sales and marketing technology operations run smoothly. You will drive our ability to carry out a data-driven marketing approach by monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels as well as support the sales and marketing functions.
You will report to the Director of Marketing. Additional duties as assigned.
This role is open to hybrid work in the Green Bay, WI area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Website Design Responsibilities :
- Assist in design of overall look and feel of website, staying consistent with brand guidelines, and optimize for user experience and site consumption
- Create lead generation infrastructure including landing pages, forms, and marketing automation follow-up
- Optimize relevant pages to improve number of qualified conversions
CRM Administration Responsibilities :
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (HubSpot) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Implement new plugins and upgraded versions of HubSpot as needed to ensure a comprehensive and effective tech stack
- Assist in training sales and marketing teams on CRM processes and usage
- Address team questions and requests for new functionality
- Monitor and maintain data quality within the database
Digital Analytics / Reporting Responsibilities :
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to shape future strategies
- Create and maintain reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
- Maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
- Optimize closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity translates into leads, how those leads engage with the business, and continually refine our process to convert clients
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations, communicate insights to relevant teams
Market Research Responsibilities :
- Compile buyer personas, customer journey maps based on target market segments.
- Utilize market research tools (Dunn and Bradstreet) to compile target lists and explore adjacent markets
- Assist product marketing team in identifying new prospective customer segments
- Analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and strategic partnerships with industry leaders
Communication, Collaboration, Project Management :
- Motivated self-starter who takes initiative
- Functional knowledge of project management, business process, and change management
- Works well on a team with strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross-functional team communication
- Must be able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Analytical and creative problem solver
Software Proficiencies :
- Microsoft Suite
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management system, HubSpot
- Working knowledge of content management system, WordPress
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills & Qualifications :
- College degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to create intuitive, engaging designs
- Familiarity with techniques to enhance the performance of landing pages and lead generation forms
- Exposure to CRM management, including lead generation, distribution, and reporting (HubSpot ideal)
- Understanding of best practices for maintaining data accuracy and integrity within a CRM system
- Ability to create and interpret reports on marketing and sales activities
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and practices
