This role will require less than 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :

• Provides proactive administrative support the Vice-president of Marketing, including calendar management, travel arrangements, coordination of internal and external engagements such as meetings and conferences, submitting expenses.
• Provide administrative support for four marketing directors, including travel arrangements, logistics coordination for meetings.
• Gathers, compiles, and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
• Serve as a point of contact between the VP and internal teams, clients, and partners.
• Coordinate staff meetings, creates agenda, minutes and track actions.
• Assist in the preparation of department presentations, objectives, and other key materials for internal and external meetings.
• Lead or support coordination, planning and execution of marketing events, team offsites, leadership summits, or special events.
• Large-scale meeting support may include logistics coordination (secure room, A / V support, catering etc.), pre-event material preparation, day-of meeting set up, contract / payment processing as needed, management of minutes and other related activities.
• Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Order supplies, manage office needs.
• Use problem solving skills for process improvement in systems and processes.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $62,400.00 - $93,600.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
