JOB description :
- Program & Project Management : Strong experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably in retail or supply chain domains.
- Expertise in project planning, resource management, budget control, and milestone tracking.
- Retail & Supply Chain Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of retail distribution management processes, including inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain planning.
- Familiarity with Oracle Retail products, including Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS), and Oracle RDM.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with executive leadership, technical teams, and end-users.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Technical Acumen : Solid understanding of Oracle technologies, with experience in managing system integrations, data migrations, and application customisations.
- Change Management : Ability to lead large-scale change initiatives and ensure user adoption of modernized systems.
- Agile & Waterfall Methodologies : Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with hands-on experience in tools like JIRA, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
