VP of Sales – Dietary Supplement Contract Manufacturing

Novaris Search is thrilled to be partnering with a leader in the dietary supplement manufacturing industry , seeking a motivated and dynamic VP of Sales .

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dietary supplement sales management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is crucial for driving multi-channel sales and increasing market share in line with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities include :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy, including channel strategies, to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry, competitor, and market developments to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, new product development, and operations departments to ensure organizational alignment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market presence, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop the sales strategy and KPIs, leading a sales team.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of B2B experience in dietary supplements or wellness, with a demonstrated record of success.
  • Proven track record of growing substantial business in contract manufacturing
  • BSc or MSc in Business, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing, and business / product development.
