Role Snapshot

As part of our technology leadership team, our Vice President of Infrastructure will lead our Infrastructure areas that are pivotal to our enterprise.

Will assist in the continued development of our technology roadmap and modernization of our IT landscape to support our lines of business.

Will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Core Infrastructure, (including staffing, budgeting and other relevant management functions) and for holding all delivery and support teams accountable for optimizing the cost, risk and value of applications throughout their life cycle specifically focused on Core IT Infrastructure and IT Operations.

Work with Bruce Gray - LinkedIn Profile our Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO) and other IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in the context of the business strategy.

  • Partner with Application Development and Security teams to ensure application hosting is optimized for each line of business (cloud, SaaS, on-premise) and the application products perform well in production.
  • Work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure that the business is effectively secured and that risks are mitigated.

  • Enjoy collaborating with security counterparts to ensure Infrastructure Technology embraces and applies security strategy.
  • Have experience with "plan, build, run" operational model.
  • Have experience with "DevOps" and successful partnership with application development teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and / or related work experience.
  • 7 Years of related work experience leading Infrastructure teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10 or more years progressive technical leadership experience in IT.
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
  • Previous experience in Healthcare, FedRamp (MVH / GHA).
  • 7 or more years in a leadership role or proven leadership ability.
  • Experience in planning and overseeing a budget.
  • Working knowledge of the agile / scrum process.
  • Experience with building out teams to support new technologies (i.e. cloud, DevOps, Agile, etc.)

Salary Range

The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Work Location

This role will require frequent travel to our Madison, WI headquarters; first consideration will be individuals in Wisconsin and will highly consider individuals in the following states : Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, and Minnesota.
