Responsibilities :
- Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service.
- Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision-making process.
- Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data.
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase / sale agreements.
- Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients.
Qualifications :
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language.
- Some sense of marketing and advertising practices.
- Proven negotiating and communication skills.
Compensation :
$67,000+ at plan commission
