We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Painters to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various types of industrial equipment and structures, including tanks and structural steel.

Job Location : De Pere, WI; Green Bay, WI
Your duties will include :
- Cleaning and preparing surfaces for painting by using a variety of methods, including sandblasting, pressure washing, and chemical cleaning.
- Applying coatings to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Mixing and matching paint colors to achieve desired results.
- Maintaining paint equipment and keeping work areas clean and organized.
- Adhering to safety regulations and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Industrial Painter.
- Experience with various types of coatings, including epoxies, urethanes, and zincs.
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques, including sandblasting and chemical cleaning.
- Familiarity with paint mixing and matching techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
