- Identify and address weaknesses in current marketing campaigns.
- Analyze conversion rates and promotions to drive sales.
- Identify potential new markets and devise entry plans.
- Estimate product demand in collaboration with product and buying teams.
- Brainstorm new advertising ideas with senior management.
Requirements :
- Understanding of marketing-related business practices : advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful product launches and events.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, upper management, and clients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills for both large and small marketing initiatives.
- Ability to motivate and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance product and service demand.
