Senior Vice President, Client Solutions

S. government organizations worldwide.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Consulting :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client needs and expectations, ensuring our services align with their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Organize and orchestrate client events / moderate round tables.
  • Playing a critical role in overseeing / orchestrating RFP's of a certain size and complexity.
  • Attend industry / networking events to demonstrate Sterling Lexicon's capabilities.

Strategic Planning :

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our client base.
  • Identify market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Work closely with the executive team to set goals and objectives for the client solutions department.
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our client solutions and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted strategies for acquiring new clients.

Team Leadership :

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the client solutions team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
  • Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, where every member feels valued and supported.
  • Set clear expectations and performance standards for the team, holding them accountable for results.

Business Development :

  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the development of proposals and presentations.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and client needs to inform our business development efforts.

Specific Job Skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of the full range of mobility services, US domestic and International.
  • Experience and understanding of the US RMC market are essential
  • Experience in selling complex HR solutions.
  • Good understanding of marketing and digital sales solutions
  • Proven ability to generate profit through new and existing business relationships
  • Excellent listening skills

Preferred Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the relocation industry or a related field, with a focus on client relationship management and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Travel

Ability to travel 50% on overnight trips.

Language Skills :

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mathematical Skills :

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability :

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Operations :

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective use of collaboration tools

Planning / Organization :

  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
  • Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work.

Certificates / Licenses / Registrations :

CRP or GMS preferred.
