Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Consulting :
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand client needs and expectations, ensuring our services align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Organize and orchestrate client events / moderate round tables.
- Playing a critical role in overseeing / orchestrating RFP's of a certain size and complexity.
- Attend industry / networking events to demonstrate Sterling Lexicon's capabilities.
Strategic Planning :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our client base.
- Identify market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Work closely with the executive team to set goals and objectives for the client solutions department.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our client solutions and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted strategies for acquiring new clients.
Team Leadership :
- Provide leadership and guidance to the client solutions team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, where every member feels valued and supported.
- Set clear expectations and performance standards for the team, holding them accountable for results.
Business Development :
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the development of proposals and presentations.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and client needs to inform our business development efforts.
Specific Job Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the full range of mobility services, US domestic and International.
- Experience and understanding of the US RMC market are essential
- Experience in selling complex HR solutions.

Preferred Education & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the relocation industry or a related field, with a focus on client relationship management and business development.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
