Release Manager - 100 % Remote

The Role : *· Establish, maintain and communicate to the teams the provisional schedule of releases with regard to the roadmap defined with the client· Manage the production launch and ensure the stable behavior of the production version· Identify and report blocking points, help find solutions and ensure their implementation and report alerts to management and the client· Define the environments for each stage of the release and ensure their correct configuration· Manage dependencies and versions of the software that constitutes the platform· Ensure the animation, monitoring, prioritization and reporting of problem management to all stakeholders· Working with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, Business Analysts, QA Leads, tech leads, and other stakeholders to evolve the release process as more brands and teams enter the process· Balancing the needs of different stakeholders with the technological challenges*The ideal candidate's skills include : *· Practical hands-on release management experience in a Scrums of Scrum (SAFe, LeSS) environment· Expert experience with Jira / Azure Dev-Ops and Confluence· Experience with GitHub· Experience with MACH Alliance solutions (commercetools, Amplience or similar)· Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, SauceLabs, Cucumber, Cypress, JMeter, QTY, Postman, etc.

Experience with smoke (automated) and performance testing (Akamai, JMeter)· Experience with various release management strategies· Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skillsWould be a plus : · ISTQB Test Manager and / or ISTQB Agile Tester certification· Scrum Master certification· Product Owner certification· Experience with ADA compliance and Google Core Web Vitals About TEKsystems : We're partners in transformation.
