Inside Sales Advisor
Job Summary
An independent agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and helping to grow and maintain a book of business.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic field of personal lines insurance while collaborating with a diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed personal lines insurance sales targets.
- Identify, explore, and cultivate new business opportunities within the personal lines insurance sector.
- Build and maintain strong, enduring client relationships, delivering expert service and guidance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to enhance client support and knowledge.
- Generate and maintain a diverse portfolio of personal insurance clients, managing their evolving needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide expert consultation to clients, helping them choose the most suitable insurance policies for their unique requirements.
- Manage policy-related tasks, including renewals, claims, and addressing client needs to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements in all personal insurance transactions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Continuously assess sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and applying data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies and results.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and team members.
- Possesses effective negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products; demonstrates the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
- Experienced in building and maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Holds an active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
- Preferred Agency Management System Experience : EZLynx
- At least 2-3 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
- Previous experience in personal lines account management preferred.
- Previous Personal Lines sales experience is required.
- Knowledge of insurance agency operations as they pertain to sales.
- Proficiency in sales, with a track record demonstrating ability to sell.
Compensation Package
